As Senior Director, EMEA, John worked alongside global organisations, helping them to identify and solve some of their most complex and important people issues, and supported their initiatives to create and sustain more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces.

John was also a frequent facilitator and speaker on a range of topics, including MARC, engaging men, inclusive leadership and Employee Resource Groups.

Through his 19 year career in the Learning & Development and Conference & Event sectors, John has partnered with clients on strategy, leadership & culture, with a particular focus in the areas of diversity & inclusion, career, employee engagement, and leadership/team/organisational development.

John was born and raised in New Zealand to an Irish mother and American father, and has worked and lived in New Zealand, Tokyo and London, bringing a wealth of global experience to Catalyst.

John is based in London, where he lives with his fiancé and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, collecting vinyl, film and traveling.
