Jennifer Rineer, PhD
Jennifer Rineer obtained her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a minor in Occupational Health Psychology, from Portland State University (where she obtained her MS in the same field). Prior to her graduate work, she earned her BS in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has co-authored a number of articles (such as “A Lifespan Perspective on Job Design: Fitting the Worker to the Job to Promote Job Satisfaction,” published in Organizational Psychology Review, and “The Aging Workforce: Implications for Human Resource Management,” an Oxford Research Review). She has also presented her work at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) annual conferences.
