Jennifer Potthoff
As Vice President, Human Resources, Jennifer ws responsible for shaping the future direction of Catalyst’s Global People initiatives. She served as an internal advisor, coach, and thought leader on all aspects related to people and culture.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Jennifer spent over 20 years in Human Resources, Communications, and the Executive Office with several preeminent organizations in the financial services industry. She has led teams in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, and India. As a result of her passion for travel and working across cultures, she has developed a unique network of contacts across the world.
Jennifer received her BA in communications and policy studies at Syracuse University. Currently, she is working towards her CPC (Certified Professional Coach) at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is enrolled in the Happiness Studies Academy program with Tal Ben-Shahar.
Jennifer has travelled to over 50 countries around the world and loves to cook, especially French cuisine. She attended the French Culinary Institute’s Culinary Arts Program in 2004. In addition, she is a passionate animal lover and shares her home with her two Shih Tzu dogs. She volunteers with several animal rescue organizations in New York City and is working on research to increase the number of pet-friendly offices in the US.
