Jed Selkowitz

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Jed provides global leadership for all aspects of Catalyst’s marketing and communications agenda. He leads marketing, global communications (including media and public relations), digital and website strategy, creative and marketing operations/services, policy/government relations, and executive positioning. He provides strategic counsel to our CEO, leadership team, and the Board, and leads messaging, positioning, and content development for the Catalyst brand overall. Jed serves as a member of Catalyst’s Senior Leadership team that sets organizational priorities and strategies in addition to monitoring Catalyst’s progress.

Jed has over 20 years of senior marketing and strategy experience, including work with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Most recently, he was Americares’s SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, where he provided both strategic leadership and hands-on tactical execution of the global health nonprofit’s marketing and communications efforts. Prior to Americares, Jed served as Vice President, Connections at iHeartMedia, where he oversaw strategic partnerships with companies like American Express, AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Johnson & Johnson. Before that, Jed spent 10 years at The Coca-Cola Company, starting in brand management before ultimately leading entertainment marketing in North America, including oversight of key partnerships with American Idol, the Oscars, the American Music Awards, Spotify, Ryan Seacrest, and Heidi Klum. Jed started his career in sports and entertainment marketing on the agency side, working for Clarion Marketing and then Momentum Worldwide.

Jed is a member of the board of directors of the We Are Family Foundation in New York, Boys & Girls Club of Stamford, the Stamford Jewish Community Center and is on the board of advisors of the Jack and Jill Late-Stage Cancer Foundation in Atlanta, and Future 5 in Stamford, Connecticut.

Jed earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Delaware and a MBA in marketing from Emory University. He lives in Stamford, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
