As the Senior Associate, Social Media, Isabela plays a crucial role alongside the Marketing team in developing and executing creative and engaging social media strategies that promote Catalyst’s mission, research, products, and events; engage our core audience; reach new professional audiences; and amplify our impact in the digital space.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Isabela was the Social Media Manager at the Stratford Festival, where she led social media strategies in all seven channels of the organization, including a the newly launched TikTok account. Before the Stratford Festival, she was the Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator at Mirvish Productions and had the opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest theatre producers and arts marketers in North America, including the teams of Hamilton, Les Misérables, and Phantom of the Opera.

Isabela has a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Communication Studies from York University and a college degree in Musical Theatre Performance from St. Clair College.
