Emily Cohen
Co-Chair, Catalyst Award and Director, Information Center
Emily Cohen is Co-Chair of the Catalyst Award, a global signature program recognizing innovative and impactful organizational initiatives accelerating progress for women through workplace inclusion. She manages and maintains a diverse cross-departmental team of employees in evaluating organization-specific workplace efforts across regions and industries through the year-long process.
In her role as Director in the Catalyst Information Center, Emily works with a best-in-class team of professional librarians to provide custom research responses and knowledge products for diversity and inclusion professionals, the media, scholars, and the public.
Prior to working at Catalyst, Emily was a literary agent, working closely with well-known fiction and non-fiction authors. She received her MSLIS from The Palmer School of Library and Information Science at Long Island University and her BS in Communications from Ithaca College.
