Elisa Leary oversees all of Catalyst’s Human Resources activities and guides the organization’s global People initiatives. She is a passionate diversity, equity, and inclusion leader.

Elisa joined the macys.com team in its infancy and led them toward their path to growth. Under her watch, macys.com grew from 200 to 2,000+ employees. Elisa subsequently transitioned to Macy’s inc., where she led a team of HR executives supporting the organization’s full-cycle talent management before becoming Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion Talent Strategy. In that role, she was a trailblazer in building strategies that led to multiple designations and awards as a “best in class” diversity and inclusion organization.

Elisa loves to travel, especially to the Caribbean, was a dance instructor who still loves to dance, and is an avid reader.
