Specializing in the client experience, Danielle served as Director, US Corporate Engagement in the Northeast region for Catalyst. Danielle used her consultative approach to manage relationships with Supporters and helped create strategic solutions for inclusive workplaces. Danielle used her innovative techniques to connect with clients in a way that created long lasting partnerships.

Danielle has over 12 years of experience in business development with companies in financial services, IT, cyber security, marketing, staffing, and other professional services. She has held the roles of Global Director of Sales, Vice President of Client Relations & Business Development, Solutions Consultant, and Strategic Partnerships Manager. Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) has always been a passion to Danielle but became a staple in her life after working for a local D&I consulting management firm. During her time there, she cultivated solutions for clients based on unconscious bias training and other D&I offerings. Danielle is a certified sales professional and a certified DEI consultant. Danielle has also done extensive studies in business operations, administration, and communications.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys travelling, hosting events, fundraising for local organizations, speaking in the community to empower women’s leadership, and relaxing with her partner and dog in the greater Washington, DC – Baltimore area.
