As the Senior Associate, Implementation Partner for Catalyst Europe, Carina assists with the execution of and delivery support for all fee-for-service (FfS) opportunities across business areas. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, she ensures learning products are executed to high-quality standards and there is seamless communication and engagement with Supporters. In partnerships with relationship managers (RMs) as EMEA regional support, Carina provides sales enablement assistance, including product demos and delivering appropriate tools, resources, and user specifications to aid businesses and drive revenue goals.

Carina has been an Implementation Specialist within the tech industry for a decade, with experience in Channel Partnerships and Managed Services, which is a very different avenue from her days studying Forensic Science at university.

She is the first of five girls and also has four nieces, thus she has always had a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) on a personal level.
