Audrey Gallien, Senior Director, Learning & Advisory Services, is a highly sought-after facilitator and subject matter expert on a broad range of diversity and inclusion practices. Audrey has held a variety of positions from account management to learning programs sales, design, and delivery. During her time leading Catalyst’s Speakers Bureau, she doubled Catalyst’s global reach and expanded their topic expertise. Audrey facilitates an average of 40 engagements annually, specializing in intersectional allyship, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and career advancement. In her current role, Audrey leads Catalyst’s Western US region, partnering with regionally headquartered Fortune 500 companies on their diversity and inclusion journeys.
Audrey has technical expertise in virtual learning platforms and is currently completing a data science course to learn SQL, Python, NumPy, SciPy, and pandas. She earned her BA from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating magna cum laude.
