Ashley Rose Edgar was the Senior Director of Expert Community. She joined Catalyst in 2016 and held numerous roles at the organization throughout her tenure. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Corporate Engagement, working in a consultative manner with a portfolio of Supporter organizations seeking to operationalize their diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies via Catalyst’s research, tools, and solutions.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Ashley worked in the higher education sector, including as the Director of Career Development for the Georgia Institute of Technology College of Computing. She currently serves on the board of directors for a nonprofit organization supporting members of her community affected by food insecurity.

Ashley holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida.
