Anna Manuzzi is a Senior Associate at Catalyst EMEA, where she partners with leading global organizations as a relationship manager to cultivate more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces. With a robust background in economic and social policy, Anna has collaborated with congressmen, ambassadors, and members of the European Parliament, bringing a wealth of experience to her role.

As a dynamic diversity & inclusion consultant and EU policy expert, Anna excels in fostering diversity, inclusion, and workplace equality. She is particularly skilled in addressing unconscious bias, promoting inclusive leadership, working closely with leaders and organizations to drive meaningful change. She has specifically worked closely with Catalyst Supporters to develop the training, “Consciously Recruiting for Diversity.” Her consultancy, teaching, and program coordination experience underscores her commitment to building strong communities and advancing social equity and empowerment.

Anna’s passion for personal development and positive change is evident in her belief that cultural transformation starts with individual understanding. As a yoga teacher and facilitator, she integrates this philosophy into her work, helping others to grow and thrive.

Currently based in Switzerland, Anna is a dual citizen of Italy and the US. She grew up in the United States and continued her academic and professional journey in Italy. In her free time, Anna enjoys reading, hiking, listening to Oprah’s Super Soul Conversations, and exploring different cultures through language and cuisine. She is fluent in English and proficient in Italian and German.
