Aimee B. Horowitz

Aimee Horowitz has a strong background in consulting. She has worked with Performance Management Inc., where she provided high-level consulting services in strategy development and design. In addition, she has worked as a Human Resources Communications Consultant with Hewitt Associates and William M. Mercer, assisting with the creation of strategies and communications that help articulate and affect organizations’ cultures, philosophies, and values. Aimee has an MA in Organizational Psychology and an MEd in Counseling Psychology, both from Columbia University. She received her BA summa cum laude from Tufts University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also completed a business certificate program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
