Afiya Lahens-Wallace is a member of the Research and Consulting Services teams at Catalyst. Afiya serves as a bridge between Catalyst’s research on gender, race, and ethnicity and Consulting Services. She works with Fortune 500 companies to create inclusion programs aiming to celebrate and nurture all aspects of diversity within their organizations.
As a member of Catalyst’s work-life issues specialty team, Afiya develops strategies for companies to implement work-life effectiveness initiatives for their employees.
Afiya began her career in Human Resources and has a Master’s in Human Resource Management & Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology.
