2017 International Women's Day

On March 8, 2017, the world celebrated International Women's Day, and Catalyst was the official charity partner for the International Women's Day organization in support of their 2017 theme, #BeBoldForChange. On that day we celebrated the 2017 Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner—honoring organizations implementing bold initiatives for workplace equality. We also launched Catalyst CEO Champions for Changea new initiative with over 45 CEOs visibly committed to continually working toward diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in their organizations.

Engage Male Allies

International Women's Day is a call to accelerate progress for women through workplace inclusion. That call is not just for women, but also for men, who are abolutely necessary if change for women is going to be realized.

Catalyst’s MARC community is a group of Men Advocating Real Change, an online learning community created by Catalyst for professionals committed to achieving equality in the workplace. MARC empowers community members to engage in candid conversations about gender, its impact in the workplace, and how to lead change through member-generated advice, insights, and best practices. Membership is free and open to anyone seeking to drive change in the workplace.
