As a member of Catalyst’s Research Center for Equity in Business Leadership, Liz Mulligan-Ferry conducts research on corporate governance and the gender gap in leadership. She is also a member of Catalyst’s Research Center for Corporate Practice and co-leads the organization's Work-Life Effectiveness Issue Specialty Team. Ms. Mulligan-Ferry received her M.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and her B.A. in Psychology from Gonzaga University.
