As a member of Catalyst’s Research Department, Liz Mulligan-Ferry focuses on many areas of diversity and inclusion, including talent management, organizational change, inclusive leadership, and work-life effectiveness. Liz examines corporate change initiatives and liaises with organizations about their institutional D&I efforts in her role on the Catalyst Awards Evaluation Committee and Practices team. She also works on Catalyst’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative to translate Catalyst’s research for wider audiences (having served as a course developer and instructor for CatalystX Inclusive Leadership Training: Get Beyond Work-Life Balance) and helps manage the Catalyst Expert Community.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Liz worked with Public Agenda, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research and public engagement organization, and on the MDRC/Department of Health and Human Services Head Start CARES project. She holds an MA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and a BA in Psychology from Gonzaga University, where she graduated cum laude. Liz is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and especially enjoys teaching yoga to beginners.
