Krista Brookman is Vice President, Global Learning Products and Programs at Catalyst. In her role, Krista transforms diversity research and expertise into innovative, skill-building learning experiences. Her work includes the Catalyst Inclusive Leadership Initiative courses and CatalystX. Under her direction, the Inclusive Leadership Initiative has grown from concepts to actionable learning solutions.
In her 20 years in business, Krista's most recent role prior to joining Catalyst was at Deloitte. She directed the marketing efforts for Deloitte’s national manufacturing practice where she created the Women in Manufacturing initiative. In addition, she was the local marketing leader for Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative and Diversity & Inclusion programs.
Krista is active in a number of professional and community organizations. She was elected and serves as Vice President of the Mequon-Thiensville School District Board of Education. In addition, she is on the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast. Krista co-founded the TEMPO Women’s Affinity Alliance which was the first-ever initiative to bring together women’s resource groups in the Milwaukee area.
In 2013, Krista was recognized as a “40 Under 40” by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
Krista has presented, moderated panels, and led workshops with organizations on women in business, inclusion, unconscious bias, and other diversity topics. In addition, she has presented at the Global Competitiveness Forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Krista received a BA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
