Catalyst provides a powerful array of useful services that enable our members to lead in their industries, both regionally and globally.
Advisory Services (AS) provides members with trusted advice and actionable insights to build and sustain workplace inclusion. Our strategy experts and thought partners examine global and local issues together as they determine how best to support an organization's diversity and inclusion plans. Catalyst can provide the tools to make change because we know what works and why.
Catalyst Member Benchmarking allows members to track gender and racial/ethnic diversity by level and global region, as well as come together to share ideas, challenges, and strategies on diversity and inclusion topics.
Corporate Board Services (CBS) helps the most senior women within Catalyst member organizations determine their potential to serve on public company boards and assists them in formulating the appropriate strategies to gain visibility and entrée into the corporate boardroom. We are not a search firm, but we work closely with such firms and many other organizations that conduct searches for board directors.
The Information Center (IC) tracks and collects information with a comprehensive collection of books, periodicals, statistics, government reports, and press coverage of working women. It provides efficient and comprehensive responses to information requests from Catalyst members, the media, and those who formulate public policy.
The Speakers Bureau provides articulate and authoritative experts from Catalyst's executive staff and the researchers and consultants from its Research and Advisory Services groups. Drawing on an extensive knowledge base and a wealth of hands-on experience, these speakers regularly enlighten, inform, and inspire corporate, professional, and academic audiences across the United States and abroad.
