Nicole Jackson works across Catalyst and with external partners to guide the vision and facilitate the transformation of Catalyst product and service offerings through tech-enabled and self-serve distribution models. She leads the development of customer needs assessment, platform/solution definition and sourcing, product management, and guides go-to-market activities.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Nicole held executive leadership in roles in product and software engineering within the healthcare technology domain and specialized in delivering data-driven mobile and web-enabled solutions to businesses and consumers alike. She is also an instructor in product management at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Nicole has an MS in Creativity and Innovation with a focus in product development from Drexel University and an interdisciplinary BA from the University of Toledo.
