Tiffany Wu was the Director, Expert Community Engagement and worked to enhance Supporter engagement through tailored outreach and curated Catalyst resources that address unique organizational needs. She worked in a consultative manner to create deeper partnerships and impactful collaboration.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Tiffany developed and executed diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies within the real estate industry, tackling unconscious bias among the profession and partnering with fair housing organizations. She also served in global ambassador roles to advance economic-development objectives with foreign real estate investors.

Tiffany holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Florida and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
