Who participates in the Expert Community?
The Catalyst Expert Community comprises of decision makers, thought leaders and experts at the Director level and above who drive inclusion strategy and solutions at their organizations. To ensure a global lens, at least one member nominated should sit outside of the headquartered region where applicable. We aim for robust discussion and that relies on you, nominees should be able to attend at least 50% of the convenings.
Expert community companies are the largest contributors to the Catalyst community via Supportership and are deeply committed to creating a collective impact and furthering the overall Catalyst community.
Company must be a Global company and have a full-time Senior Leadership position dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion (i.e. CDO, CDIO, SVP)
Company must have been a Supporter of Catalyst for a minimum of one year
Individuals nominated from the Company to sit in the community must be able to attend at least 50% of the meetings; one must be a representative from outside the US (Global focus).
What does being a "Supporter" mean?
A Catalyst Supporter is an organization that donates to Catalyst and receives benefits such as Supporter-only trainings, insights, and outcomes-based tools.
