Expert community

• Six meetings annually, convened by Catalyst, where we discuss the Community’s pressing issues and share innovative and practical solutions from both the Expert Community and Catalyst experts and research.
• One speaking engagement annually (up to 60 minutes) on a topic selected from one of Catalyst’s four research pillars, valued at $5000 USD, or a $5000 USD credit applied toward a Catalyst executive speaking engagement.
• Eight tickets (total) to two Catalyst signature virtual events: six tickets to EnERGize in June and two tickets to the EMEA Symposium in May.
• Company name acknowledgment at all Catalyst events, including Catalyst Awards and Catalyst Honours.
• Participation in new Catalyst e-learnings, trainings, and workshop pilots that focus on application of tools and talent management strategies.
• Opportunities to showcase your organization’s inclusion best practices both within the Expert Community as well as to the broader Catalyst global audience of over 500 companies.

• Networking opportunities to connect with your peers within the Expert Community.

The Catalyst Expert Community comprises of decision makers, thought leaders and experts at the Director level and above who drive inclusion strategy and solutions at their organizations. To ensure a global lens, at least one member nominated should sit outside of the headquartered region where applicable. We aim for robust discussion and that relies on you, nominees should be able to attend at least 50% of the convenings.

Expert community companies are the largest contributors to the Catalyst community via Supportership and are deeply committed to creating a collective impact and furthering the overall Catalyst community.

1. Be a Catalyst Supporter.
2. Company must be a Global company and have a full-time Senior Leadership position dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion (i.e. CDO, CDIO, SVP)
3. Company must have been a Supporter of Catalyst for a minimum of one year
4. Individuals nominated from the Company to sit in the community must be able to attend at least 50% of the meetings; one must be a representative from outside the US (Global focus).

A Catalyst Supporter is an organization that donates to Catalyst and receives benefits such as Supporter-only trainings, insights, and outcomes-based tools.
