Many men around the world want to improve workplace gender equality, but don’t know where to start. This can be frustrating, especially when men feel left out. What they might not realize is that gender equality benefits men, too.
We believe it’s time to change the conversation. Built on years of rigorous research, MARC’s programming empowers men to recognize inequality and respond through effective partnership across gender.
According to BCG, 96% of organizations report progress when men are involved in gender diversity. With in-person engagements and tools to support on-going learning, MARC provides a holistic, collaborative platform for individuals and organizations to create real change.
The MARC Leaders Workshop, our premier offering, is an immersive program focused on engaging men as change agents who lead efforts to improve workplace diversity and inclusion. Delivered in a transformational 1.5-day format, participants will leave with intentional next steps and the support to stay engaged in the months to come.
MARC Networks accelerate culture change through peer coaching. Intended for leaders who have taken part in MARC Leaders or similar inclusion training, MARC Networks is a sustainable solution for supporting diversity champions and collaboration among individuals committed to inclusion.
Through self-selected small groups, Networks utilize content provided by MARC in self-paced meetings. Meeting guides cover content across critical “trouble spots”—work processes, practices, and interactions—that can easily derail inclusion.
The MARC Community is an online hub for men committed to addressing gender inequality in the workplace. In addition to tips for taking action, webinars on best practices, and blogs by thought leaders, the MARC website offers an exclusive forum where individuals from Catalyst Supporter organizations and MARC Leaders participants can ask questions, learn from each other, and challenge outdated thinking.
Our monthly newsletter, MARC-to-Go, features MARC’s latest events and resources.
MARC Teams is a group-learning strategy for creating inclusive workplaces on a grassroots level. In a MARC Team, a small group of men and women facilitate their own discussions on a progression of monthly topics, supported by resources from MARC.
Team members will develop their ability to see through someone else’s perspective, practice having dialogues across differences, and advance skills to support a climate of inclusion regardless of level.
