Why we're focusing on Mutual Accountability, Real Change
Discover how Catalyst's MARC program evolved to emphasize shared responsibility and collective action in building inclusive workplaces.

Join forces with 10k+ participants from 30+ countries who use MARC, a suite of research-backed trainings, to co-create equitable workplaces.
MARC (Mutual Accountability, Real Change) is Catalyst’s flagship suite of learning programs that equip employees to build inclusive cultures through dialogue, reflection, and action. These immersive experiences help people across genders shift from passive allyship to active partnership, building the skills to lead with empathy and accountability. Through research-backed, scenario-based learning, MARC transforms inclusion from an initiative into a shared leadership practice that strengthens trust, engagement, and business performance across the organization.
