Jessica Taylor-Hall manages Catalyst’s relationship with its Supporters in the EMEA region, supporting them on their journey to build more inclusive, equitable and flexible workplaces that work for everyone.

Before joining Catalyst, Jessica worked in the insurance and banking industry, namely as a Relationship Manager and then as a Financial Planner. She also spent time volunteering for the Jamaica Association in Switzerland, serving as President, and engaged in helping to raise funds to support early childhood education in Jamaica.

Jessica received her BSc in International Hospitality Management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland and completed the Leading the Future of Work Executive Education Program with MIT Sloan, US.

Born and raised on the outskirts of Geneva, Jessica lives in Switzerland and is bi-national Swiss and Jamaican. She speaks French, English and Swiss German fluently and can converse in both Spanish and Italian. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis and reading a good novel.
