ERG discussion guides
Executive summary
The Catalyst ERG discussion guides are tools organizations can leverage to give employees the opportunity to have open dialogue on various inclusion topics. They can be used by employee resource groups (ERGs), team leaders, inclusion practitioners, HR business partners, and others to host a one-hour session.
Each discussion guide contains everything necessary for a successful dialogue on a specific topic, including:
- Overview of key concepts and research related to the topic, with additional notes for the meeting host.
- Discussion starter questions.
Pre- and post-session reads for additional learning.
Select discussion guides also have accompanying microlearnings on a relevant topic, which can serve as additional pre- and post-session learnings for ERG members and beyond. Keep an eye out for more microlearnings to be released in the coming months.
