Executive Summary

Catalyst’s report Interrupting Sexism at Work: How Men Respond in a Climate of Silence found that an overwhelming majority of men—86%—say they are committed to interrupting sexist behaviors when they see them in the workplace. However, only 31% say they are confident they can do so. Men want to be part of the solution, but they also perceive that the costs of doing so at work are high.
