To mark International Women’s Day, Catalyst is delighted to invite supporters to a Roundtable discussion and networking lunch in the Netherlands. 
Research continues to highlight how a diverse and inclusive workplace can drive a flexible and sustainable business. It’s part of a strong broader business case which is changing the way companies focus on not just the attraction of all available talent, but also its development and retention.
Catalyst notes several striking indicators which determine progress towards an inclusive workplace, which we will explore in this roundtable meeting.

  • Mixed groups engage in candid, constructive dialogue about their experiences in the workplace.
  • Men and women work together as allies to change organisational norms and cultures.
  • Individuals and leaders develop and demonstrate inclusive leadership skills.
  • The majority of leaders actively advocate change.

Join us for a lively and interactive discussion about how these can be achieved and how organisations can use this framework to build high-performing teams. Facilitator Caroline Pickard will share insights and tools based on Catalyst research into inclusive leadership and engaging men in D&I, as well as discussing lessons learnt from the MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) Initiative and our pioneering MARC Leaders Programme.
We invite business leaders, members of HR, D&I professionals and champions of inclusion to join the dialogue. Female participants are asked to bring a male colleague. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
