In this roundtable, we will highlight key findings from Catalyst’s work on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the “Engaging Men in Gender Initiatives” series for context-setting, followed by open-ended dialogue among diversity and inclusion practitioners on the effectiveness of ERGs as they are currently organized. Given the slow pace of change of advancing diverse groups in workplaces, we will ponder the question, “Is it time for organizations to evolve the model from ERGs to Inclusion Councils to more actively drive change?”

We invite executives, HR leaders,  D&I practitioners, and champions of inclusion from other parts of your business. Invite a colleague who is a leader/member of your Employee Resource Groups/Networks. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Each company may send up to four attendees. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
