No two organizational diversity & inclusion initiatives look the same, nor should they. In order for initiatives to be effective, individual companies need to differentiate based on several factors such as size, industry, geography, and organizational structure, to name a few.

But aside from unique organizational qualities, there are some considerations that are relevant for all initiatives: senior leadership support, accountability, communication, employee engagement, and integration into the business—all key criteria for the prestigious Catalyst Award.

We invite executives, HR leaders, D&I practitioners, and champions of inclusion from other parts of your business to join us for practical tips and ideas that can be adapted for your organization’s D&I initiatives. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Each company may send up to four attendees. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
