LGBTQI employees form a significant proportion of the global talent pool. They are not only highly skilled and talented, but also they have significant purchasing power and influence on the economy. Organizations with incIusive cultures stand to benefit significantly from engaging these diverse individuals.

Contemplate these questions:

- Is your organization up-to-date on LGBTQI inclusive language and HR processes/systems

- Do senior leaders in your organization model inclusive behavior towards LGBTQI staff? Are there strong, visible, LGBTQI allies? How are they making a difference?

- Has your organization engaged LGBTQI employees to influence and/or contribute to policy-making and program design that affect them?

We invite executives, HR leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and champions of inclusion from other parts of your business. We encourage you to invite a self-identified LGBTQI colleague and/or ally to join you. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Each company may send up to four attendees. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
