Catalyst research finds that a majority of women and men across racial and ethnic groups report being highly “on guard” at work. This experience of being "on guard" affects them physically and psychologically and diminishes their ability to contribute optimally in the workplace. Inclusive workplaces can make a difference for people of colour and visible minorities, creating an environment where they report more creativity, greater likelihood of speaking up, and a lower intent to leave their employer.
Join us to learn strategies on how to enhance day-to-day interactions among all employees through inclusive communication, and practice concrete skills that will promote inclusive work environments.
We invite executives, HR leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and champions of inclusion from other parts of your business. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Each company may send up to four attendees. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended. If you are outside the greater Toronto area, a conference line will be set up for you to call in.
Registration is open through January 19, 2018. For more information, contact Joanna Harper at [email protected].
