Diversity is everyone's issue. Men still dominate leadership and are keen to develop skills to become more inclusive. When companies focus on having the very best talent - and a gender balanced workforce - it is good for everyone. It is broadly accepted that inclusion drives business results, yet many companies have struggled to make significant progress toward creating inclusive workplaces and closing the gender gap. There is a growing realisation that progress will only be accelerated if the following occur:
- Men and women work together as allies in changing organisational norms and cultures.
- Men and women engage in candid, constructive dialogue about their experiences in the workplace.
- Individuals and leaders develop and demonstrate inclusive leadership skills.
- The majority of leaders actively advocate for change.
Join us for a lively interactive discussion about how this can be achieved and how organisations are using this framework to build high-performing teams. Catalyst facilitators will share insights on inclusive leadership as well as lessons learned from the MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) initiative and our pioneering MARC Leaders program.
We invite business leaders, HR professionals, D&I professionals, and champions of inclusion to join the dialogue. Female participants are asked to bring a male colleague. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
We’d like to thank our host, Capital Group for the generous support of this event.
