Women have made steady gains in STEM professions. However, they still face significant challenges while advancing their careers including persistent gender stereotypes, lack of role models, unconscious biases, a gender gap in level and pay from day one, and more. Most critically, women are more likely to opt out of the STEM industries all together, taking their talents elsewhere.

Come and engage in a solutions-driven dialogue on strategies to attract, engage and retain women in STEM industries.

We invite executives, HR leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and champions of inclusion from other parts of your business. Bring a female colleague working in a STEM role!  Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Each company may send up to four attendees. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.

We would like to thank our host, Pitney Bowes Software India for their generous support of this event.
