Specialisterne provides organizational support to companies seeking neurodiverse talent, from recruitment to onboarding, retention to management. A pioneer in neurodivergent inclusion, Specialisterne was founded in Denmark in 2004 and now operates in 26 countries. Specialisterne Canada’s Workplace Support Coaching Program offers proactive and flexible coaching support to partner organizations for their individual employees and/or managers, helping organizations ensure that all employees get the support they need not only to thrive at work but also to feel that they belong.
