The Catalyst Award is a recognition program that is open to organizations across the globe and recognizes specific initiatives or programs that promote gender diversity and inclusion within an organization. In contrast, Catalyst Honours recognizes Canadian business leaders who accelerate progress for women in the workplace.

Both recognitions are celebrated at their namesake conferences, which bring together trailblazing speakers from across industries to discuss inclusive workplace trends and strategies. Catalyst Awards is held in New York in the spring and Catalyst Honours, in Toronto in the fall.

Catalyst Convene is open to all. Individual tickets will be available for purchase online in Fall 2025.
