Executive summary

MARC Dialogue Teams is a group-learning strategy designed to help build inclusive leadership skills and enhance workplace culture on a grassroots level. This program enables participants at all levels to practice empathy skills, engaging in dialogue across difference and advancing skills to support a climate of inclusion.

The program:

  • 2 -year curriculum of 20 monthly sessions
  • Unlimited number of participants organized in teams of 7-10
  • Teams can convene online or in person Regional or global site licenses available

MARC Teams is a licensed program that is not offered to the wider Catalyst Supporter community. Please do not share MARC Dialogue Teams outside of your organization.
