Catalyst’s research, conducted in partnership with the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, together with insights from our 400+ global Supporters reveals that the vast majority of organizations are navigating this moment of change with a two-sided approach. On one side, they are holding firm to commitments to the underlying principles and practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion while on the other they are making adjustments to communication and execution. At Catalyst we call this a “finesse” approach.
