Yet, despite these compelling benefits, our data show that majority of frontline leaders are men. This gender imbalance is a major barrier to creating truly inclusive and equitable workplaces. The evidence is clear: HR professionals, especially those in talent retention and recruitment, have a unique opportunity—and responsibility—to address the gender biases that hinder women’s advancement and participation in frontline roles.
