MARC alums enjoy access to 1:1 or small group virtual coffee chats, bi-monthly, in-depth conversations on equity and inclusion topics, and access to a community platform.

MARC Reconnect sessions are free virtual convenings, exclusive to our MARC Alum community. Grounded in Catalyst’s research, MARC Reconnect offers an inclusive space for community connection and learning and accelerating your skillset in gender partnership and inclusive leadership. Attendees must have completed at least one of our programs.
