Nonprofits and Executive Leadership will be an opportunity to hear from Catalyst, HACR, LEAP, and ELC. Additionally, this panel will explore what it means to be “multicultural” in technology, the perceptions of ethnicity in the industry and the challenges in developing a diverse workforce.

4:15 p.m. The Millennial Edge – Conversation with Young Entrepreneurs of Color

The Millennial Edge will introduce and present a diverse group of successful millennial entrepreneurs and innovators who are considered disruptors in their industries. The session will focus on the entrepreneurial process, multiculturalism as a competitive advantage and barriers to entry for multicultural entrepreneurs.
