Almost 90% of Fortune 500 companies have at least one Employee Resource Group (ERG). ERGs support employees, offer development opportunities, and increase engagement. But to increase relevance and add value to the organization, ERGs must also align their goals with those of the business.
In this interactive session, Catalyst will present tools and resources available to ERG leaders; discuss leading-edge practices from Catalyst member organizations; and explore challenges faced by ERGs—and solutions for overcoming them. The content is applicable to all ERGs, including those focused on women, the LGBT community, and people of color.
We invite ERG leaders, diversity and inclusion professionals with ERG responsibilities, and executive sponsors to attend this session. Catalyst member organizations may send two attendees per company. Breakfast will be served at this event.
