It is no coincidence that many recent Catalyst Award winners have Business Networks and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) - voluntary, employee-led groups - embedded firmly in their organisation’s inclusion and culture programmes. In fact, Catalyst research has shown that employee resource groups (ERGs) are important engines of employee engagement and drive business innovation and results. They can have considerable impact on future leadership development, increase employee engagement and expand marketplace reach, and over 80% of Catalyst supporter organisations surveyed had at least one ERG.
At this roundtable, we will bring together experts, business leaders, advisors, and ERG leaders across companies to share knowledge, network, and participate in a lively discussion. Join us to hear about strategies for enhancing your ERG’s impact on business and inclusion in the workplace. The discussion will be facilitated by Caroline Pickard, Catalyst Consultant in the Netherlands.
Issues that we will explore include:

  • How to build organizational support for your ERG and measure success

  • How to use your ERG to build cultural competence around inclusive leadership

  • Research findings on ERG impact

  • Best practices shared by ERG leaders

This roundtable is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters.

Space is limited—sign up now. Lunch will be served at 1:00 p.m.
