For leaders of Germany's most successful companies, diversity has increasingly been recognized as a strategic lever for business and people excellence, driving innovation and performance. During the last decade, there has been considerable progress thanks to the huge effort invested. Looking towards the future, there are still opportunities and challenges ahead of us on the diversity journey when it comes to our implementation in ensuring an inclusive working environment. 

While the DAX30 companies may be very different, they have a lot in common with regards to diversity. They face similar challenges to find global talent; they have a strong influence on both German and global industries and they are closely involved and affected by developments in social, economical and legislative matters. 

In order to celebrate progress, discuss common challenges, and to exchange insights, we would like to invite you as the Chief Diversity Officers of the DAX30 to the first German CDO Summit. Together, we will look at findings from Catalyst's extensive research on how inclusive cultures evolve and also hear firsthand from diversity, business and HR leaders about how they have made changes that support diversity and inclusion in their own organizations.
