Men have a critical role to play in devising and implementing strategies for leveraging all talent in the workplace. As the current majority of leaders, they are in a prime position to influence cultural and organizational change. Catalyst research shows that the more men know about gender inequalities, the more likely it is that they will act as advocates and lead efforts to close the gender gap.
Catalyst Europe is pleased to invite you to a member roundtable discussion hosted by Deutsche Bank. The event will examine findings from Catalyst's extensive research on how to engage men as full partners in creating gender-inclusive workplaces, offering solutions rooted in a holistic understanding of how gender affects men's and women's behaviors in the workplace. Attendees will also be introduced to Catalyst's online community, MARC (Men Advocating Real Change, www.onthemarc.org), which empowers members to engage in candid conversations about gender, its impact in the workplace, and how to lead change. Dr. Isabelle Kuerschner, Catalyst Europe Ambassador to the Germanic Region, will facilitate the conversation.
We encourage you to bring men from your organization who are interested in the topic and who will benefit from hearing from other leaders so that we can not only talk about but talk with male advocates. RSVP via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'd like to thank in advance the generous support of our local host, Deutsche Bank.
We look forward to seeing you in Frankfurt!
