Today, employee resource groups (ERGs) are important engines of employee engagement and business results. They can have considerable impact on an organization’s ability to develop future leaders, increase employee engagement, and expand marketplace reach. In fact, over 80% of Catalyst member organizations surveyed had at least one employee resource group.

At this second roundtable on ERGs in Germany we will again bring together experts, business leaders, advisors, and other ERG leaders across companies to share knowledge, network, and participate in a lively discussion

Join us to hear about strategies for enhancing your ERG’s impact on business and inclusion in the workplace. Key issues to be explored include:

  • How to build organizational support and measure success for your ERG.
  • How to build cultural competence around inclusive leadership through ERGs.
  • Findings and discussion on active research on ERG impacts.
  • Networking and best practice-sharing with ERG leaders.

This roundtable is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters but space is limited – early registration is highly recommended. Dr. Isabelle Kürschner, Catalyst Europe Ambassador to the Germanic Region will facilitate the discussion.

Please direct any questions to Joanna Harper, [email protected].

We’d like to thank our local host, UPS Germany, for their generous support.

For those who are interested in learning more about logistics we will offer a tour of Europe’s first UPS Integrad® site, a next generation driver training facility, in Cologne, Germany. The facility will train UPS drivers to hone their skills in safety, customer service and efficiency.
