Nikki Lamba was Senior Director of Strategy and Member Engagement for Catalyst’s United States region. She was responsible for implementing Catalyst’s business strategy for the US market with a focus on member retention, engagement and revenue generation.

Previously, Nikki worked in the President’s Office advising Catalyst’s President and CEO Deborah Gillis on organizational alignment and business priorities. In her role as Director of Operations, she served as an ambassador for the President’s Office, engaging with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve strategic business priorities and goals. In prior roles at Catalyst, Nikki worked in the Member Relations Department supporting the development and expansion of Catalyst’s global membership strategy. Nikki joined Catalyst in 2009 as a member of Catalyst’s Consulting Services group where she specialized in strategy development, assessment review, facilitation and implementation on topics related to diversity and inclusion.

She received her MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has held management consulting roles in New York and London.
