Audrey Gallien was Senior Director, Learning & Advisory Services at Catalyst. In that position, she was a highly sought-after facilitator and subject matter expert on a broad range of diversity and inclusion practices. Audrey held a variety of positions from account management to learning programs sales, design, and delivery. During her time leading Catalyst’s Speakers Bureau, she doubled Catalyst’s global reach and expanded their topic expertise. Audrey facilitated an average of 40 engagements annually, specializing in intersectional allyship, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and career advancement. In her last role, Audrey led Catalyst’s Western US region, partnering with regionally headquartered Fortune 500 companies on their diversity and inclusion journeys.
