The Catalyst Inclusion Accelerator is supported by third party vendors.
Catalyst values your organization’s and employees’ confidentiality. Organizations upload their employee contact information to a secure server to which Catalyst has no access.
Your report of findings will present aggregated data. No individual data or identifying information will be shared to ensure participants feel secure in the confidentiality of their survey responses. Your organization’s findings will be shared with your organization’s point person directly. They can choose how to distribute to others in the organization.
Data received by Catalyst is de-identified to prevent respondent identification. Catalyst may conduct or publish research using de-identified data but only in aggregate with data from other participating organizations. Individual employee responses are unable to be uniquely identified as a result of the de-identification process.
