Since 1987, the Catalyst Award has honored innovative organizational approaches with proven, measurable results that address the recruitment, development, and advancement of all women, including diverse women. Over its 30-year history, it has recognized 85 initiatives across a wide range of industries and from companies around the world. The Catalyst Award has evolved since 1987, but one of its enduring philosophies is an emphasis on progress over perfection—Award-winning initiatives must demonstrate measurable change in advancing women and other diverse groups and in creating more inclusive work environments.
In this webinar, Laura Sabattini, PhD, Vice President, Research, and Chair, Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee, and Liz Mulligan-Ferry, Director, Research, moderated a discussion about sustaining successful diversity and inclusion models, focusing specifically on three previous Catalyst Award-winning initiatives.
