Getting to Know MARC (Case Study)Mar 26, 2021
MARC—Men Advocating Real Change—is a Catalyst initiative that inspires men to leverage their unique opportunity and responsibility to be advocates for equity. MARC’s research-based, experiential learning disrupts traditional Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) approaches to enhance gender partnership and accelerate the creation of inclusive workplaces.
While MARC’s specific focus is men, the initiative is about equipping people of all genders with the skills to be more effective partners and to lead from a place of personal conviction and understanding. Through creating personal connections and unpacking root causes, MARC participants work hard to understand and address the core dynamics of gender inequity and related intersectional issues.

Read on to learn about five of these factors, gathered from the lessons learned and best practices of MARC client organizations from multiple industries around the world.
